From January to June, Earth Company will organize a series of monthly online sessions where you will learn and delve into the concept of regenerative leadership as well as practical knowledge needed to accelerate your impact and organizational development. An all expense paid 5-day camp in Bali, gathering all the heroes to meet each other, the Earth Company team, as well as potential collaborators and supporters. Click here to read about last year’s camp.

Heroes Bali Camp program contents include:

• “Heroes Night” event: This public event, held at Mana Earthly Paradise, invites each hero to present his/her vision of a regenerative future. As part of our commitment to plant the seeds for future collaborations, Earth Company will be inviting impact investors, philanthropists, accelerators, and other potential collaborators to hear and engage with your vision.
• Bootcamp Day (1-day mentoring): After conducting a thorough needs assessment, the Earth Company team and our network of experts will accompany each hero, having face-to-face mentoring sessions and committing to create tangible outputs such as (and not limited to): financial projections, marketing strategy, fundraising deck.
• Stay at Mana Earthly Paradise: Heroes will be staying at Mana Earthly Paradise, the award-winning eco-villas and first B Corp accommodation in Southeast Asia, and immerse themselves in a regenerative way of living while participating at the Heroes Camp.

Earth Company team and experts from our network will be available for mentoring sessions to each hero once every quarter.

Based on the needs shared by each hero in the first round of the mentoring sessions, Earth Company will, throughout the year, try to introduce as many opportunities as possible whenever occasion arises within our network.

We encourage our Impact Hero to embrace the paradigm-shifting concept of “regeneration”, and nurturing them to become regenerative leaders by joining the Lead-to-Regenerate acceleration program.

This support is provided in the first six months while the "Impact Hero of the Year" is part of the cohort.

Earth Company provides three years of life-changing support customized specifically to maximize the heroes’ potential including:

💰 Fundraising
We solicit US$ 100k+ donations for core funding or a specific project that can generate long-term impact.

🧠 Leadership Coaching
We equip the Impact Hero with skills needed to realise the regenerative future they envision and bring holistic meaningful impact to the communities they serve.

📈 Business Development
We build opportunities through expanding networks in Japan and beyond, increasing media presence, and/or developing revenue-generating programs to enable financial sustainability.

🌐 Marketing Support
We help build brand identity and marketing tools for the Impact Hero to better communicate their purpose, their work and their impact to enable more effective fundraising and awareness building.

🤝 Management Consulting
We provide skill building workshops to help Impact Heroes with everything they need to know in order to effectively manage a mission-driven organization.

Earth Company provides a total of three-years worth of customized support for each Impact Hero. Please see the details from here.

  • Among those that have met the requirements, the ‘Impact Hero of the Year’ will be selected from the class during the program.

We cherish our connections with each Impact Hero and see this more as a life-long relationship. Post-graduation (after the three years), we maintain a strong relationship and in most cases continue to work as equal partners.

Earth Company is agnostic about number of years in operation, organizational maturity, sectoral focus, nationality, age, gender and academic credentials. For-profit companies and nonprofit organizations - and everything in between - are eligible. While most successful candidates run organizations with annual budgets in the range of $100k-$1m, we welcome applications from smaller and larger organizations.

Yes, we accept applications from former applicants, former candidates, and previous Impact Hero finalists.

After the submission deadline, the entire selection process is conducted within two months.

• July 22, 2024: Application opens
• September 15, 2024: Application ends (Extended Deadline)
• September 27, 2024: Shortlisted candidates will be notified by Earth Company and interviews will be scheduled
• October 21, 2024: The screening and interview period by the selection committee starts to narrow down the shortlist and form the Class of 2025, consisting of up to 10 changemakers.
• November 25, 2024: All members of the Impact Heroes Class of 2025 will be individually notified of the final decisions

Yes, it is. Travel expenses for the Heroes Bali camp will be covered by Earth Company.

If you are selected for the Impact Heroes Class of 2025, you can participate as a cohort member in a one-year acceleration program. Additionally, one member from this cohort will be chosen as the Impact Hero Winner and receive support for a total of three years.

• Please record the applicants speaking directly to the camera, and DO NOT edit the video.
• Please upload it to YouTube, as unlisted, or Google Drive and share the link in the application form.
• Any video longer than 60 seconds min will NOT be considered.
