If so, Earth Company’s Impact Academy could be for you. Impact Academy is a transformative experiential program that assists institutions, companies and schools to build regenerative futures. The program works with participants to: develop a greater understanding of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), reflect on their roles in realizing them, and think beyond the SDGs to a more regenerative future for all. We equip our participants with the inspiration and knowledge to become changemakers in their workplaces, schools, communities and countries.
Impact Academy is designed to inspire contribution and action to our participants. The three key features of Impact Academy are:
Connecting hearts and minds to instill a sense of responsibility that leads to meaningful action towards social and environmental issues.
Meet and learn from the on-the-ground innovators who are making positive impacts for a regenerative future.
Experience the physical embodiment of Earth Company’s regenerative vision by staying at Mana Earthly Paradise.

Designed around experiential activities, the Amazing Impact Race takes you on a journey through Ubud, where you’ll discover how sustainability is brought to life by Bali’s leading innovators and social enterprises.

“How does sustainability manifest itself in Bali? – What are individuals and organizations doing to make a difference? – Who is championing real solutions for social and environmental challenges?” These questions were what a group of 10 sustainability professionals from City Development Limited (CDL), a Singapore-based real estate company sought do discover with us.
During their 7-day international summer program, 25 students from NUS sought to answer one question “what does a meeting of education, sustainability, and tourism look like?” Their quest for an answer brought them to Bali, where they met with several stakeholders to gain more insight.
Our collaboration with the Singapore-based education tech company, Saturday Kids, allows us to offer families a unique opportunity to explore sustainability through hands-on experiences in the great outdoors. The co-designed program is specially crafted to encourage families with children between the ages of 6 and 12 to unplug from the tech-saturated world and embrace nature.
