Heroes Bali Camp 2025: A Journey of Regeneration and Reconnection
Rewatch Highlights of Heroes Bali Camp 2025
What is Heroes Bali Camp?
Each year, Earth Company selects a cohort/class of up to 10 outstanding changemakers—known as Impact Heroes—to join the L2R, a year-long accelerator designed to equip them with the mindset, tools, and global community needed to amplify their impact.
The Heroes Bali Camp invites each cohort to Earth Company’s home base in Bali for a deep, soul-centered gathering—a space to reflect, reconnect, and reignite their purpose as regenerative leaders.

Why the 'Heroes Bali Camp'?
Now in its fourth year, Heroes Bali Camp was designed with three core goals:
- To offer changemakers space to reflect on themselves and their journeys.
- To strengthen the bonds between changemakers
- To provide practical knowledge and resources needed to expand their impact.
In the months leading up to Bali Camp, the heroes engaged in online sessions and personalized needs assessments. These conversations laid the foundation for what unfolded in Bali: a space where practical strategy met emotional clarity—where regenerative leadership meant not only driving impact, but also cultivating one’s inner landscape.
The Program: A Journey Through Five Days
<Day 1: Welcome Dinner at Mana Earthly Paradise>

The camp began with warm hugs, big smiles, and a long table under the Bali sky. Eight heroes—from India, Indonesia, Nepal, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, and Thailand—shared stories over a nourishing dinner. Laughter, curiosity, and connection filled the air. It was the first spark of what would become a profound collective bond.
<Day 2: Ceremony, Storytelling, and Heroes Night>

The morning opened with a Balinese ceremony, grounding the group in local culture and spiritual intention. In traditional clothing, each hero offered prayers for a safe and meaningful journey ahead.

Later that day, cohort member Richa Gupta form India led a heartfelt orientation session, inviting everyone to share their inner landscapes:
🌿 What pain are you holding? — 🌱 What has helped you carry it? — 💫 What gives you hope?
Tears, silence, and deep listening turned strangers into family.

That evening, Earth Company hosted Heroes Night, a public event at Mana attended by over 50 supporters, including investors, NGO leaders, and educators. The night sparkled with energy—new conversations, new allies, and renewed inspiration.

<Day 3: Personalized Mentoring for Impact Growth>

Day three was dedicated to one-on-one mentoring sessions tailored to each hero’s needs. Mentors were hand-picked experts in marketing, social impact, finance, and fundraising. And this was just the beginning—support continues beyond the camp through the end of the year.
<Day 4: Regenerative Leadership & Farming>
The day opened with a powerful session by Earth Company’s co-founder, Aska Hamakawa, on the essence of regeneration—not as a strategy, but as a way of being.
One hero shared: “As a leader, I’m always trying to show up for others. I realized I had forgotten how to show up for myself.”

That afternoon, the group visited Astungkara Way, a regenerative farming and travel initiative led by cohort member Tim Fijal form Indonesia. They rolled up their sleeves and stepped into the mud—planting rice, feeling the earth, connecting to land and tradition, experiencing firsthand what it means to cultivate with care.

From the taste of local home-cooked meals to reflections on overdevelopment and chemical degradation, the day stirred a deeper understanding of what’s at stake—and what’s possible.
<Day 5: Full Circle at Bumi Sehat with Robin Lim>

On the final day, the heroes visited Bumi Sehat, a birthing clinic founded by Robin Lim, Earth Company’s 2016 Impact Hero.
Robin’s quiet strength and decades of service grounded the room. Her message? Love can power a movement.
As the camp came to a close, the heroes shared powerful closing reflections—on everything they had shared and everything they had remembered about themselves. They didn’t just leave with new knowledge—they left with renewed purpose.

Voices from the Heroes
Find out what the heroes took away from their time at Heroes Bali Camp below.
"I expected big discussions on global issues. But what moved me most were the quiet circles, where we sat, listened, and shared our stories. I learned that change doesn’t just come from tools or strategies—it comes from trust, compassion, and human connection."
(Tamzid, Bangladesh)
"Despite coming from such different backgrounds, I saw my hopes and struggles reflected in others. Bali Camp helped me return to my ‘why’—reminding me that leadership begins with honoring our shared humanity."
(Nida, Pakistan)
"Regeneration begins with connection—to others, to land, to our ancestors, and to ourselves. This experience helped me remember that we must walk this path not from exhaustion, but from love and purpose."
(Matcha, Thailand)
Moving Forward

The Heroes Bali Camp 2025 was not—and will never be—just a program. It is a homecoming—to self, to purpose, and to community.
Earth Company remains deeply committed to walking beside each hero—supporting both their inner growth and their external impact. Because that’s how regeneration begins: not just by fixing what’s broken, but by nurturing what’s whole.
And this journey isn’t over yet. From this group of eight extraordinary individuals, Impact Hero 2025 will be selected and announced in the coming months. Until then, may their journeys continue to inspire, and may we all keep choosing the path of regeneration—together.
We are deeply grateful to everyone who made this experience possible—and invite you to keep standing with us as we co-create a regenerative future.
