We Made It—Together! Thank You 💙

We've just wrapped up our campaign to transform 360 tons of waste into life-saving soap for 800,000 refugees. Thank you for your heartfelt support!

Wow. What an intense time we had last week! We’ve just wrapped up our campaign to transform 360 tons of waste into life-saving soap for 800,000 refugees, and thanks to everyone’s overwhelming support, it was a huge success!

Together, we raised an incredible US$68,314 from 206 supporters!

Halfway through the campaign, we weren’t sure we’d hit our target, but the final 48 hours saw an incredible surge—56% of donations poured in from 12 countries worldwide! Our deepest gratitude to Genashtim and Hinoki Co., Ltd., whose generous contributions truly helped turn the tide and made reaching the goal possible. 🌏

Thank you to all who believed in this mission and helped make a difference. This is just the beginning for Samir Lakhani and the Eco-Soap Bank team as they work to deliver soap to 800,000 refugees. So stay tuned for more updates!

Your support means the world—literally. 🌍❤️ From the bottom of our hearts, thank you. Thank you for your unwavering support. Thank you for not letting the refugees be forgotten. Thank you for making a difference in this world.

Founder: Eco-Soap Bank

In a rural Cambodian village, Samir was shocked to see a mother bathe her baby with laundry detergent.

The world disposes of up to 250 million pieces of soap every year. Yet in developing countries like Cambodia, a shortage of basic hygiene products, like bar soap, is the primary cause of infant mortality rates due to preventable diseases like diarrhea.

Learning of this issue, Samir founded Eco-Soap Bank to save lives by enhancing hygiene, protecting the environment from soap waste pollution, and improving the local economy.
