Impact Academy Global recently concluded another incredible chapter of Diversity Voyage, leaving behind powerful moments of growth, connection, and transformation. This batch brought together 25 students – 15 from Toyo University in Japan and 10 from Indonesia (Udayana University, Bali State Polytechnic, and Diponegoro University) – united by a common goal: to learn, collaborate, and take steps towards becoming global citizens.

Over six inspiring days, participants navigated a thoughtfully curated journey filled with meaningful dialogues, cultural immersion, and collaborative challenges. Many started the program feeling nervous and unsure—especially about presenting in English—but gradually built confidence through teamwork, support, and a shared drive to make the most of their experience.

The program culminated in powerful final presentations, where each team introduced their team's unique and creative initiatives aimed at driving positive change. Each project reflected the team’s dedication, creativity, and growing confidence. The students took feedback in stride and delivered with remarkable energy, enthusiasm, and eye contact—showing clear progress in their presentation skills.

During the final reflection session, emotions ran high. Many students shed tears of joy as they reflected on their journey—how far they had come, the bonds they had formed, and the life-changing experiences they shared. The program not only strengthened their communication and collaboration skills but also sparked a renewed sense of purpose and confidence in each of them.

As we wrapped up the 15th Diversity Voyage, we were reminded once again of the power of youth, diversity, and shared experiences. These young changemakers left with more than memories—they left empowered to create impact in their communities and beyond.
