Gheston originally comes from the eastern part of the Indonesian Archipelago, the Maluku island, but is currently living in Jakarta. He has been working in the hospitality industry for quite some time, starting the experience in operations, but for the past 10 years, he has been focusing on and handling the Human Resources department.

He is very happy and excited to join the Earth Company/Mana Team in Bali. He loves nature, especially the ocean. Knowing the Earth Company and Mana are actively supporting and practicing sustainability, eco-conscious, and social responsible actions like meeting his life’s passion. Bali has always been like a second home for him. He loves watersports so much, mostly ocean activities like surfing, windsurfing, etc.
