Impact Heroes Collective
Earth Company has long envisioned a community of changemakers that strive to create regenerative futures that holistically enhances planetary wellbeing. The Impact Hero Collective is intended to do just that. Consisting of past Impact Heroes Cohort Members and each year’s Impact Hero of the Year, the collective forms a community of changemakers that will learn, develop, and grow together to become regenerative leaders.
By 2030, we envision gathering 100 incredible changemakers—that may include heads of states and Nobel Prize awardees—as part of our Impact Heroes Collective, who are making strides to transform the Asia-Pacific region.
Impact Heroes Cohort Members
Earth Company selects a cohort of up to ten exceptional changemakers that have the potential to transform the future of developing countries in the Asia-Pacific to join the year-long Lead-to-Regenerate (L2R) Acceleration Program—from which one will emerge as the “Impact Hero of the Year” and will receive an additional set of customized support.
